Job Description

The Communication and Fundraising Area is in charge of raising funds and corporate communication that sustain the activities of the organization. Within this area, the Marketing Department is in charge of attracting and retaining individual donors.


  • Execute the administrative management of the processes of acquisition of partners and donors.


  • Manage the necessary resources for the proper functioning of the internal Contact Center.
  • Monitor the operation of the contact center. Prepare the necessary reports
  • Intervene in the management of databases, registrations, cancellations, and incidents
  • Supports the coordination process with recruitment agencies and lead providers
  • Supports the arguments for telemarketing campaigns
  • Support the department’s recruitment activities

  • Diploma / in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar.
  • CRM systems especially Salesforce.
  • Call Center systems, call tracking, and results reports.
  • Valuable: Fundraising techniques, lead generation, relationship marketing.
  • 1 year in a call center or similar.
  • Valuable experience in marketing departments.
  • Valuable experience in working with NGOs.
  • Desirable knowledge of the humanitarian sector.
  • Desirable knowledge of Action Against Hunger.
  • Essential Spanish, desirable English.
  • Office package.
